Shipping & Return policy
The Price and Duration of delivery are indicated below. In case your country is not mentioned in the list below, the pricing and the time taken will be that prevailing to the nearest country / region listed below in majority of the cases. 

Cash on Delivery (CoD)
Due to the nature of our business and the price indications of suppliers we will change our CoD policy from time to time. We would like to invite you to check our CoD policy from time to time.  

Delivery within UAE

Dubai 
AED 50 for all deliveries

Other Emirates  
AED 100  
Deliver time up to 3 business days.



Tracking your Shipment
We provide the shipping only through our own employees. We do not have a tracking feature on line but you can view if your order has been received and if it was distributed. 

Placing an Order 
Once you have been through the process of choosing your item and adding it to your shopping cart, you will be given the option to pay via credit card or against cash on delivery. 
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club.
In case of ordering through Credit Card, your order will be dispatched the following business day. A business day does not include Friday & Saturday or a public holiday in UAE. 

Late arrival of your order
If your order fails to arrive within the expected time, please contact us using the contact information in our contact us page and we will establish whether the goods have been dispatched or inform you as to why your delivery has been delayed. The goods may be temporarily out of stock or there may be a problem with the courier company. 

Returning Products
Our aim is to provide high quality products along with excellent service, for your satisfaction. On the rare occasion that a product arrives in less-than-perfect condition, please refer to our returns policy and procedures, outlined below. 

Unwanted Goods
Goods are not sold on a trial basis and unwanted goods can only be returned if fully re-saleable. We reserve the right to refuse to refund amount for goods, which are not re-saleable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Errors and omissions excepted. 

Returns Policy 
Those products will not be Refunded, Exchanged or Returned for which the customer is refusing to pay the Tax, Customs Duty, Tariff etc. 

The refund or replacement of Goods is subject strictly to the Company policies. Where a Customer notifies the Company of a defect in the Goods within 2 days of receipt of the goods in question, which defect is subsequently verified by the Company's inspectors, the Company will replace the Goods for new Goods. In addition, if the goods are received damaged the customer MUST notify the Aramex at the time of delivery and the company within 2 (two) days of receipt of the goods in order for the company to make a valid claim against the courier. Failure to do this will result in the company being unable to process any claim with the customer and the courier. 

OFAC countries
www.flowerswithlove.ae will not deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC sanctioned countries. 

Force Majeure The Company shall not be liable to the Customer or be deemed to be in breach of the Contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of the Company's obligations in relation to the Goods, where the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond the Company's reasonable control and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the following shall be regarded (without limitation) as causes beyond the Company's reasonable control: Acts of God, plagues, explosion, flood, tempest, fire, accident or any other natural disaster War or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition Acts, restrictions, regulations, byelaws or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental parliamentary or local authority Import or export regulations or embargoes Strikes, lockouts or other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving employees of the Company or of a third party) 

General 
The Company reserves the right to amend these Conditions in respect of any promotion, offer or the like made or issued by the Company from time to time in relation to the companies business.
